How to use:

1. Apply a generous amount of castor oil onto the cotton insert.

2. Place the insert in the wrap and position it on your lower abdomen.

3. Add the hot pack for soothing warmth and relaxation.

4. Rest for 30–60 minutes, 3–5 times per week (avoid during menstruation unless advised).

5. Gently cleanse the skin afterwards with warm water.
