Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email info@houseofnoia.com with your order number.

For hygienic reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

We ship your order as soon as possible.

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on courier's processing times.

Yoni steaming is not recommended during pregnancy, menstruation, active infections, or when you have open wounds.

A Yoni Steam session should start at 10 minutes.

If you’ve steamed a few times and experience no side effects, you can slowly increase the duration to 15 minutes, and eventually 20 minutes if it feels comfortable for your body.
