At House of Noia, postpartum care is shaped around your needs. Whether you are looking for belly binding, a steam kit to use at home, or a complete ceremony, all is possible. This space is also here for you after pregnancy loss, with care and sensitivity to your experience.

Belly Binding | €145

A personal belly binding session with guidance on how to use your wrap comfortably at home. We take time to find a fit that feels right for your body and show you how to wrap yourself.

Includes your own belly binding wrap to keep.

Duration: 30 minutes

Belly Binding & Steam Kit | €175

During this session, I’ll apply your belly wrap and show you how to wrap yourself at home. You’ll also receive a herbal yoni steam kit with detailed guidance and instructions to use later, in your own time, once postpartum bleeding has completely stopped and steaming is suitable for you.

Includes your own belly binding wrap to keep and a herbal yoni steam kit with instructions.

Duration: 50 minutes

Postpartum Ceremony | €200

A personal ceremony with guided meditation, a belly binding ritual, and a guided herbal yoni steam. There is space to acknowledge your experience, rest, and reconnect with your body at your own pace.

The session is adapted to your comfort and stage of recovery. Your belly binding wrap is yours to keep, with guidance for continued use at home.

Please note: Postpartum yoni steaming is only considered once postpartum bleeding has completely stopped

For a session in the comfort of your own home, please email info@houseofnoia.com to discuss availability and receive a personalised quote. Home sessions are available within 40 km of Rotterdam. Travel and parking costs are charged separately.

Timing and suitability are discussed before your session, particularly following a caesarean birth or complications. Yoni steaming is optional and subject to an individual suitability assessment.
