Designed to support your healing, grounding, and emotional reconnection, the session begins with a warm herbal yoni steam. This treatment helps cleanse and soothe the womb after birth, supports internal healing, and encourages gentle release. You’ll then receive a traditional belly binding ritual to support your core and create a sense of physical and emotional containment. The session concludes with a guided meditation to help you close the pregnancy and birth chapter and honor the transition into motherhood. The belly bind fabric is yours to keep, so you can continue the care at home.
