What is Nervous System Energetics?
Nervous system energetics is an energetic treatment focused on releasing traumas that are stuck in the nervous system. The nervous system acts as a storage place for emotions and traumas. Through energetic work, the body can get stagnant energy flowing again, and the traumas that are stuck in the body (and causing complaints) can be released. After this, the body gets the time and space to heal in a safe environment, creating new neurological patterns that reduce triggers and prevent the nervous system from constantly reacting in fight, flight, or freeze mode.

When should I wait before having a session?
As you might imagine, trauma release can be intense, and your body needs enough energy to recover. Please contact me to check if sessions are suitable for your situation.
Acute Physical Injuries: Such as fractures, sprains, etc.

What should I keep in mind after a session?
Make sure you have enough time to rest and recover after a session.
Drink plenty of water after your session.
You may experience sensitivity for up to 72 hours after the session.

The sessions take place at my practice in Rotterdam. The address is: Binnenrottehof 19, 3011 HD Rotterdam.
How much does a session cost?
A session costs €85 and lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
How much does a treatment plan cost?
Traumas can be deep and layered, so to reach the core, I recommend a treatment plan of at least 8 sessions. If you choose to commit to a treatment plan and pay in full upfront, you will receive one session for free (€595 instead of €680).
Below are the options for paying in installments:
8 Individual Sessions: €85 per session, total €680
€85 payable after each session
8 Sessions Paid in Full: €595 (instead of €680)
Payable after the first session
When purchasing a treatment plan, we will schedule all appointments at the end of the first session. If an agreed date eventually doesn't work out, it can be changed 48 hours in advance.
