Cycle Coaching is a program where you work with Cycle Therapist Dalila Morais to identify the root cause of your complaints and work towards a symptom-free cycle, by using natural products and take a holistic approach.
This 4-month program includes the following components:
Cycle Education
To assist you effectively, it is important that you also understand how your body works and what is needed to restore balance. Dalila will explain everything about the female cycle and the potential causes of your symptoms.
Screening & Intake Session
During the intake session, we aim to thoroughly understand your cycle and complaints. This is done through tests and questionnaires (which you need to complete prior to the intake session). The tests include:
Medical history, including a gut health questionnaire
Neurotransmitter questionnaire
Nitric Oxide test (saliva test)
Stress test
Optionally, you can choose to test your blood values to gain a clearer picture and help identify the root cause of the problem.

Based on the intake session and the test results, an action plan will be presented during the second session. This action plan includes:

Check-In Moments
During our monthly check-in moments, we discuss your progress, address any questions, and adjust supplementation dosages if needed. If you prefer additional Yoni steaming or Nervous System Energetics treatments, you receive a 10% discount if you are following the Cycle Coaching Program!
